totally ..wow...you speak what is in my mind!! I just fell into this in the last couple of months and how you frame and interpret it sounds very valid to me! thank you
Shelby, I just wanted to say—halfway through your podcast, it hit me hard: you’re putting into words the exact concepts I’ve been trying to express for years. Recently, I even found myself in an argument at work over this topic—about the nature of consciousness, awareness, and reality. I backed off, realizing the person I was speaking to wasn’t ready to see beyond the mainstream view that human perception is the source of truth.
But you get it.
Consciousness isn’t just human. It’s not just a byproduct of our biology. It’s woven into reality itself. It is reality. And it’s bigger, older, and more intricate than we can comprehend. I’ve long believed that awareness arises through resonance—a frequency framework that predates us, surrounds us, and connects us.
So thank you for speaking this truth out loud. You reminded me I’m not alone in this line of thought.
Thank you. I'm open to the thought of consciousness STILL being the substrate of all reality, but for me, I think that would require an expansion on how we define awareness.
Right now, we seem to define awareness mostly in how humans experience awareness. But if we're open to the possibility that other consciousnesses, Intelligences, and beings exist in the Field, then it makes sense that they may have forms of awareness that don't look anything like our forms of awareness.
What if they experience awareness in tone, frequency, resonance, etc?
Secondly, what if there are mechanics that we don't understand that equate to similar outcomes of consciousness, but we can't define it that way because it doesn't fit in our current definitions?
For me this line of questioning does not lower the importance of consciousness, it expands what we may consider meaningful in the Field. :)
It reminds me of how certain mycelial networks seem to “know” without neurons. Or how a field of energy can organize matter into form through vibration. What if those aren’t just metaphors for awareness—but actual forms of it?
I’ve only had time to glance at it, but I think you’re building something really special here. I look forward to diving into it with more depth this weekend. <3

You're welcome. Welcome to the beginning of something transformational. <3 I'd love to hear about your experiences along the way. :)

EXACTLY the threads that I am tracing. :)
